Refund / Shipping Policies
All sales are final. We offer returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 72 hours of receiving the artwork at ashtonlangeart@gmail.com to alert us of the damage. We request photographs of the damage to the artwork and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ashtonlangeart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions
There are certain situations where only partial exchanges or refunds are granted: (If applicable).
Damage that occurs to a frame or other item excluding the actual artwork; frame or other items may be replaced, or returned and fixed based upon our discretion of each individual situation.
Damage that occurs to packaging without any harm caused to the artwork or other contents will not count as eligibility for a refund or exchange
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
Orders over $50 will qualify for free shipping within the US. For orders under $50 there is a $6.00 shipping rate added.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any items. The free shipping available on orders over $50 is only valid for first time shipping of an order. Additional shipping costs associated with the return of an item will become the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund the costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
